How long it lasts
One to two years, for most people.
What shortens it is what you drink and whether you smoke. Coffee and tea stain teeth again over time, and so does smoking.
Is it safe for the teeth?
Yes, done under professional supervision. The enamel is not damaged by it.
What does carry a risk is over-using the kits sold over the counter. The treatment is not the problem; using too much of it without anyone checking is.
What it costs
From PKR 15,000.
The consultation is PKR 300, the same as any other treatment here.
